2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- For your protection and in compliance with regulations, opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.
- Certain products (e.g., customized or special order items) may be non-returnable.
- All sale, clearance, or items labeled ‘Save’ or ‘Final Sale’ are non‑returnable and not eligible for refunds.
3. Product Substitutions
To ensure the best quality and availability, Go Bulk Medical may ship an equivalent or better product if the exact model ordered is unavailable. All substituted items will meet or exceed the specifications and performance of your original order.
Requests to return or exchange an item solely because an equivalent or better product was received, rather than the exact model ordered, will not be accepted. Return eligibility applies only if the item is defective, damaged, or does not meet the specifications as stated in your order.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@revivefitnessdirect.comwith your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA/RMA) number with detailed return instructions.
- Required RMA: Returns sent without an RA/RMA number and without following our return instructions may be delayed, refused, or become untrackable. Go Bulk Medical is not responsible for locating or refunding any package returned without an RA/RMA number.
- Ship the Product: Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please include photos of the product and packaging to expedite the process.
6. Refunds
- Inspection: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs (including original and return shipping) are generally non-refundable unless due to our error.
7. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments (No Refund Without RMA)
Shipments refused at the time of delivery, returned to sender, or marked as undeliverable are not automatically eligible for a refund.
If you decide you no longer want your order, you must first accept the delivery and then contact our Customer Support team to request an RA/RMA number and return instructions.
Packages that are refused without prior authorization and without an RA/RMA number are often not properly linked to your order and may become lost or untrackable in our warehouse and logistics process.
Go Bulk Medical is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for, any order that is refused upon delivery or returned without an RA/RMA number, since we cannot reliably identify or track those packages.
9. Warranty Assistance
Select items may include a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have issues beyond our 30-day return window, contact us and we will help facilitate your warranty claim where possible.
