Limited Warranty
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Revive Fitness Direct warrants that eligible products sold through ReviveFitnessDirect.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period when used under normal conditions and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Our responsibility for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or other remedies described in this warranty.
Definitions
Original Retail Purchase Date refers to the date the product was originally purchased from ReviveFitnessDirect.com or an authorized dealer or distributor.
Who Is Covered
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
The warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, resellers, or any other transferee.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type. Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, warranty documentation, or owner's manual, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Where applicable, typical warranty coverage may include:
- Frame or structural components: Up to 2 years
- Battery, charger, motor, electronic components, display, brakes, lights, seat, handlebars, and other major components: Up to 12 months
Warranty periods begin on the Original Retail Purchase Date.
Repair or replacement of a product or component does not extend the original warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Improper installation or assembly
- Improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Failure to follow operating, maintenance, or care instructions
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Use of non-approved parts or accessories
- Commercial or rental use unless specifically approved by the manufacturer
- Transportation or improper storage
- Water intrusion, flooding, rust, or corrosion unless specifically covered by the manufacturer
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, grips, bearings, belts, upholstery, batteries subject to natural capacity loss, and other consumable components
- Damage caused by external events beyond our reasonable control
Damage resulting from collisions, impacts, drops, or other accidents is not covered under this Limited Warranty.
Warranty Remedy
If a product or covered component is determined to be defective during the applicable warranty period, Revive Fitness Direct or the manufacturer, at its sole discretion, may:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective component;
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
- Provide another remedy permitted under the manufacturer's warranty.
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, customers are responsible for any labor costs, installation charges, and shipping expenses associated with warranty service.
Replacement parts may be shipped directly to the customer, an authorized repair facility, or another designated service provider.

Warranty service cannot begin until the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Limitation of Liability
The remedies described in this Limited Warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive Fitness Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other economic loss arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Our total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe we have not fulfilled our obligations under this Limited Warranty, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first so we can work toward a prompt and fair resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising from or relating to this Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
